Mini Magic

I hate trying clothes on at the store nearly as much as I dislike trying makeup at the counter. That's why I love Sephora's mini sampler kits. From lipstick to nail polish, mascara to complexion powder, you can try all that you like before buying a full size. Leaf People Takes Off

In Aspen Sojourner's Midsummer 2007 edition, we wrote about Julie Williams and her Leaf People line of all-natural skincare products. Since then, Julie and her serums, oils and toners have garnered national attention. She's appeared on news programs and in magazines, and Julie recently let us know about an episode of the National Environmental Report that focuses on her rigorous approach to skincare. Quick Tip of the Week: Tweezers

Every time I am in the car checking my face in the mirror or applying lipstick (at a red light of course) I find that my brows need tweezing. And I ask myself, "why did I not see those little buggers in the mirror at home where my tweezers are?" No matter what light I find in my home to tweeze by (and I tweeze every other day), I always seem to miss one or two or they tend to only pop out when I'm in the car. Solution? I have begun carrying a pair in the glove box so when I am in the great light I can get rid those unwanteds once and for -- well, until next week at least.
